Izure Ayame Ka Kakitsubata
A unit consisting of four members and one pet from Nijisanji VTubers: Shiga Riko, Tamanoi Nana, Kisara, Kozue Mone, and Lunlun. Known collectively as "Ayakaki", they spend their days leisurely in the beautiful town of Ranfu. It's a very wonderful city, so please come and visit them!

Hikaru Takahashi
Born on September 22, 2001, in Shiga Prefecture. In 2014, she won the Grand Prix at the 14th All-Japan National Beauty Contest. She made her acting debut in 2016 with the movie A Living Promise (Jinsei no Yakusoku). Her notable works include the NHK Taiga drama Naotora: The Lady Warlord (Onna Joshu Naotora), Where Have My Skirts Gone? (NTV), Murai no Koi (TBS), I Want to Hold Aono-kun So Badly I Could Die (WOWOW), Halation Love (TV Asahi), Living-Room Matsunaga-san (Kansai TV), and Osomatsu-san The Movie.
In addition to acting, she is also active in variety shows and modeling. She currently stars in the ongoing drama Kao ni Doro wo Nuru (TV Asahi) and appears in the movie Akabane Honeko no Bodyguard, released nationwide this summer.

Harry Sugiyama
Born in Tokyo and raised in the UK, Harry Sugiyama is a multilingual talent fluent in Japanese, English, Chinese, and French. He is active in various roles including host, reporter, model, and actor. In 2023, he was appointed as a "Tokyo Tourism Ambassador" by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
His notable appearances include numerous programs such as CX's "Nonstop!", TX's "Tokyo GOOD!", NHK BS's "Ransuma Club", BS11's "World Fight CLIP!", and J-WAVE's "POP OF THE WORLD", among many others.
Aki Shibuya
Born on October 4, 1976, Aki Shibuya spent her early years in New York until she was 21. She graduated from Smith College, majoring in Political Science and Asian Cultural Studies.
After returning to Japan, she joined the 8th class of the Tsukakouhei Theater Company in Kita Ward. She is also a certified Simonson Method Dance Instructor, teaching children in English-only dance classes that focus on building strong, injury-resistant, and beautiful bodies through anatomically sound training methods.
Additionally, since 2015, she has been the anchor for NHK World TV's "NEWSROOM TOKYO".

The 1minute Projection Mapping Competition is an internationally renowned and prestigious projection mapping competition that originated in Japan, first launched in 2012. Every year, creators from around the world compete to create the best projection mapping video lasting between 1 and 1 minute 59 seconds. This year, under the theme "Mirror," 278 entries were submitted from 56 countries and regions worldwide.

How to participate?
TOKYO LIGHTS 2024 offers free admission with prior registration, making it accessible to everyone.
In the Projection Mapping Viewing Area, there are Paid Reserved Seating and Free Standing Area available.

What is the difference between Ticket A and Ticket B?
[A] Projection Mapping Viewing Area - Reserved Seating Ticket
Includes access to the International Competition with a reserved seat (paid).
Includes entry to the Light Entertainment Area.
[B] Free Admission Ticket
Includes access to the International Competition (standing area only*).
Includes entry to the Light Entertainment Area.
*Please note: The Standing Area has a capacity limit of approximately 1,600 people per session. -
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions.
However, please be aware that some parts of the event may feature flashing lights, we recommend that parents closely monitor young children, especially those under school age. Children aged 3 and under do not require a separate ticket if they are sitting on an adult’s lap in the Projection Mapping Viewing Area. -
Are same-day tickets available?
Tickets for both the Projection Mapping Viewing Area and the Light Entertainment Area may be available for purchase on the day of the event, if the capacity limit allows. Please note that a ticket is required for entry.

Can I purchase tickets without a smartphone?
Purchases can also be made from a computer. Please print out QR code tickets and bring them with you to the event.

Is there a difference between Session 1 and Session 2 of the Projection Mapping International Competition?
There is no difference in the content shown in Session 1 and Session 2. However, on Monday, September 16th (a public holiday), there will only be one performance due to the awards ceremony.

Will the event be held if it rains?
Yes, the event will proceed as planned in rainy weather, except in cases of severe weather.

Can I use an umbrella if it rains?
For safety reasons, umbrellas are not permitted.
We recommend bringing a raincoat or other rain gear. Please note that rain gear will not be sold at the venue, so be sure to bring your own -
Can I reserve a spot at the venue in advance?
Reserving spots in advance is not allowed. Bringing or using items like blue tarps or chairs is not permitted. Additionally, saving seats or reserving spaces is also not allowed. Any belongings left unattended for more than 30 minutes will be removed by staff. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disposal of items during this process.

Can I come by car?
We do not permit visitors to arrive by private car. There is no parking available, so please use public transportation.

Can I take photos and videos?
Yes, you can take photos and videos using your mobile phone, smartphone, digital camera, or DSLR.
Please be mindful of capturing others in your photos and videos, and do not use flash. We are not responsible for any accidents or disputes that may arise. Tripods are not allowed, but monopods are permitted. You may use a selfie stick if it is compact, can be held in one hand, and does not extend above head height. Please avoid raising it higher, as it may block the view of others behind you. Be considerate of those around you and avoid physical contact with other attendees. Always follow instructions from the staff. -
Can I attend with a wheelchair?
Yes, it is possible. After reserving or purchasing your ticket, please contact the event office through the inquiry form.
Please note that wheelchair spaces are limited, so you may be asked to view from a regular seat. We appreciate your understanding. -
Can I bring a stroller? Is there a place to store it?
Strollers are allowed. There is a designated stroller storage area within the Projection Mapping Viewing Area.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue and we do not offer pet-sitting services. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted.

Are there any restrictions on entry during peak times?
Entry restrictions may be implemented depending on crowd levels.

Is there a designated smoking area?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the venue grounds.
